Holidays, sickness, vacancies or a new residential unit: we provide skilled staff in nursing, therapy and housekeeping – for a few shifts or for several months.
Nurses with three years of training and a licence to practise in Germany. They provide basic and medical care and – depending on the facility – take on tasks such as care planning and documentation.

Reserved tasks under section 4 of the German Nursing Professions Act (PflBG) may only be carried out by registered nurses.
Nursing assistants
Qualified nursing assistants, geriatric care assistants, healthcare assistants.
Assistants with one to two years of training. They support basic care and – depending on state law and the facility – simple medical care tasks.

Care aides with basic qualification
With a basic care course or a care support qualification.
Aides who have completed a course or basic qualification (e.g. a basic care course). They help with basic care, meals and the daily lives of residents and patients.

Care aides without formal training
Trained on the job, with experience in care.
Staff without formal nursing training who take on simple support tasks after an introduction. We agree with you in advance which tasks are possible.
Required documents: CV, evidence of experience if available
Occupational therapists
State-certified occupational therapists.
For practices, hospitals and facilities. Treatment on medical prescription, e.g. in geriatrics, neurology or paediatrics – depending on the therapist's experience.
Required documents: Licence to use the professional title
Physiotherapists
State-certified physiotherapists.
For practices, hospitals and care facilities. We list additional qualifications (e.g. manual therapy, lymphatic drainage) in our proposal.

Housekeeping staff
Housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, kitchen help.
Support in residential areas, kitchens and laundries. With or without training in housekeeping.
Required documents: Qualification if applicable, hygiene training (e.g. instruction under section 43 of the German Infection Protection Act for kitchen work)
